Our Institute is officially registered as General Representative for the EPC/GDV Bioelectrography. We offer the complete range of products and software modules for the EPC/GDV Technology.

All new devices are delivered within Europe with 2 years of warranty against component or manufacturing failure. The delivery time for new devices and for software is normally between 7 and 10 working days.

We work together with a competent partner for financing and leasing of EPC/GDV Equipment, who has a strong competence in financing small an medium business solutions. Note to our customers: Stay away from unlicensed imports!

The Institute for Bioelectrophotonics sells fully licensed, properly imported and tested equipment and software only. During the recent months, certain resellers - mainly from outside the EU - started selling unlicensed or not poperly imported GDV equipment and software within the EU market. Please be informed, that accquiring such unlicensed equipment might be connected to the following disadvantages for you as a customer:

• often the equipment was not imported properly and import tax was not paid
• purchasing unproperly imported products breaks the import tax laws of the EU
• the warranty period is often 1 year only, which does not fulfill the requirements of the EU market place for a full 2 year warranty period
• the equipment is not tested according to the quality requirements of our institute
• the software is often delivered with missing langauge versions or without the online manuals

Any cost associated with repair or replacement of such unlicensed equipment needs to be fully covered by the customer. Alternatively, the customer is required to approach the person that sold the unlicensed products.
We recommend: When you purchase GDV equipment and software through our Institute, your customer rights are fully protected by EU laws, you have a full 2 years warranty and get a complete range of professional training, support and services from us.

Used EPC/GDV Devices are often available in a very good condition but at a much lower price than a new camera. Based on the solid design and durability of the GDV equipment a used camera will do an excellent job in many applications.
Through our network of professional EPC/GDV Users and Specialists we have access to well functioning used GDV Cameras and Software. In our Institute we test all EPC/GDV Cameras and the software that comes with it for error-free operation. Before we deliver a used Camera we provide calibration and functional testing of the camera and the software according to our protocol for quality control. Our customers for used cameras get a copy of the test protocol in order to ensure that the cameras they get are tested and without any shortcomings.

Purchase of used GDV Devices

Maybe you are already using the EPC/GDV technology in your business and would like to transfer to a newer camera model and it is now time to sell your current EPC/GDV Equipment? We are interested in purchasing your used equipment since we often have requests from other customers for well functioning used cameras.

We thoroughly check your EPC/GDV Equipment, run functional and calibration testing of camera and software and fix minor repairs if required. Once we are sure that the camera is in good condition and fully functional we offer it to interested customers. This way, you can be sure that the camera gets a new professional user and that the value of your used EPC/GDV Equipment is assessed correctly.

Rental of EPC/GDV Equipment

There maybe the case, when you temporarily need another GDV Equipment set for a few weeks or months, but purchasing completely new equipment is not justified.
